CONTEST DETAILS:
LONG ISLAND’S NUMBER ONE HIT MUSIC STATION 106 POINT ONE BLI AND ATLANTIC AND MILLENIUM HONDA HAVE YOUR CHANCE TO WIN A 2 YEAR LEASE ON A BRAND NEW HONDA CIVIC HYBRID WITH THE RETURN OF THE BLI 106 DAYS OF SUMMER! LOOK FOR THE BLI VANS OUT ALL SUMMER LONG, PICK UP YOUR STICKERS AND SIGN UP WIN THE HONDA CIVIC HYBRID OR A TRIP FOR TWO TO HAWAII FROM HAWAIIAN TROPIC. PLUS WE’VE GOT LOTS OF HAWAIIAN TROPIC PRODUCTS. THE BLI 106 DAYS OF SUMMER…BROUGHT TO YOU BY ATLANTIC AND MILLENIUM HONDA …All you need to do is fill out the information on the entry blank or back of sticker and give it to a BLI representative or mail it to BLI. Promotion runs June 2nd- August 31st . We will pick 50 qualifiers throughout the summer out of all the entries to receive an invitation to our grand prize party at Altantic Honda on Sunday, Septemeber 7th from 12noon-2pm. Each winner will pick out a CD at random at the event to play in the car…Out of all the CD’s distributed, one CD will say they’ve won the car and one CD will say they’ve won the trip. Plus there will be other secondary prizes amongst the CD’s.

RULES:
1. All entrants must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

2. Contest Open to Nassau/Suffolk NY Residents Only.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. In order to qualify to win the 2 year lease on the 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid or a trip for two to Hawaii listeners must fill out the entry blank and mail it to BLI or give it to a BLI representative on site.

5. Throughout the summer 50 qualified entries will be picked at random to receive an invitation to join us for a grand prize party at Atlantic Honda, Sunrise Highway in Bayshore on Sunday, September 7th at 12noon. Last qualifiers will be picked on Tuesday, September 2nd.

6. Qualifiers will be contacted by phone by a WBLI representative no later than Septemer 2nd. If you have not been contacted by September 2nd you have not been picked as a qualifier during our random pick

7. Qualifiers MUST be present to win and cannot send a representative to the drawing in their place.

8. Grand prize winners for the 2 year lease on the Honda Civic Hybrid and Trip for two to Hawaii will be chosen in the following manner. Each of the 50 qualifiers names who are present will go into a drawing and will be chosen at random to pick out a CD. Then they will each sit in the car and put the CD in the CD player. If the CD says “You’ve Won The Car.” They will win the 2 year lease on the Honda Civic Hybrid. If the CD says “You’ve Won The Trip For Two To Hawaii,” they will win the trip.

9. Method of random drawing and all related procedures to be determined by station management.

10. Odds of winning based on number of qualified entries received.

11. A qualified entry is defined as an entry that is legible and completely filled out with name, address, phone number and date of birth.

12. The determinations to whether an entry complies with the rules of any contest is in the sole and absolute discretion of the radio station, and their decision shall be final and non-appealable

13. to be a qualifier for this drawing.

14. All entries as a condition of entry agree to indemnify WBLI, Cox Radio, their employees, affiliates, Atlantic and Millenium Honda, Hawaiian Tropic and agents from any and all claims costs of expenses (including attorney’s fees and costs of defense) arising out of or in connection with any portion of the prizes being offered. The winner must accept the prizes “as is” and without recourse to any party listed here.

15. Contest prizes are not transferable. If winner is unable to secure two-year lease or does not wish to take possession of the vehicle, the cash payout will be a $5,000. Other prizes may not be exchanged for cash or substitute prizes. No transfer or substitution of prizes will be permitted.

16. Only one entry per person will be allowed.

17. All decisions of the WBLI judges are final.

18. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at over $600 will be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent. Grand prize winner may be responsible for taxes and motor vehicle registration fees.

19. The grand prize of the contest is a 2 year lease on a Honda Civic Hybrid. This car will be driven around throughout the summer by WBLI and will be given away at the end of the promotion.

20. The value of the vehicle is as follows….2 year lease on a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid is valued at approximately $7,900

21. The second prize is a trip for two to Hawaii courtesy of Hawaiian Tropic.

22. Trip for two to Hawaii includes airfare and hotel and the value of the trip is approximately $4,000.

23. Employees and immediate families of WBLI Inc., and our parent company, Cox Enterprises, as well as Atlantic Honda and Millenium Honda, Hawaiian Tropic, other sponsors and any employees from other radio stations shall be ineligible to participate in this contest.

24. By participating in the BLI 106 Days of Summer contest, winners and contestants grant permission to WBLI to use their name, photograph, voice and or likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional consideration.

25. WBLI reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. WBLI also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest dates without notice.

26. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

27. The decision of the WBLI management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decision of the judges and the official rules.

28. If a winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.

29. WBLI, its representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.

30. Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the discretion of the station.

31. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves WBLI of any and all liability and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.
