This year marks the 10th anniversary of Last Hope's Fix a Feral Program which started in 2003 and has provided the public with financial assistance to spay and neuter feral cats in their Long Island neighborhoods. To date, Last Hope has subsidized the spay and neuter of at least 15,000 feral cats.
