Things just got worse for Chris Brown.
The R&B star, who is on probation for the 2009 beating of Rihanna, has just been sued for a violent altercation at a 24 Hour Fitness in North Hollywood last July.
According to court documents exclusively obtained by RumorFix, Malcolm Ausbon is suing Chris and the gym for a beat down after a basketball game on July 29, 2013.
Ausbon and Brown were playing on opposing teams and Brown refused to acknowledge a foul call — he then allegedly threatened the basketball player by saying he would “kick his s**” and “put these hands on you.”
Brown also claimed to be a member of the dangerous Bloods gang in Los Angeles.
Soon thereafter, Ausbon claims three members of Brown’s security team pounced on him. “Then Brown and Doe 1, Doe 2, and Doe 3 began to strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon’s head and body. He was rushed to the emergency room and suffered severe injury including to his face, head, neck, back legs, ribs and is suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, distorted vision, dizziness, nervousness, embarrassment fear and anxiety.
He’s suing for unspecified damages.
