Hey BLI Insiders as promised we have a “secret” Rihanna contest just for you.  You can win a pair of tickets to see Rihanna at Nassau Coliseum on July 19th 2011.  Just listen to 106.1 BLI this Friday (May 27th 2011 ) at around 3:25pm.  When you hear BLI play Rihanna “S.O.S.l” be the 20th caller at (631) 955-9BLI and tell us you are a BLI Insider.  You’ll win a pair of tickets to see Rihanna July 19th.    It’s that simple and no one but BLI Insiders will know about it so you’ve got a great shot a winning.  Good luck and don’t forget it’s a secret contest for BLI Insiders Only.

RULES:
1. The BLI/SECRET RIHANNA contest happens on Friday, May 27th 2011 at around 3:25pm. 
2. No purchase necessary.
3. The BLI/SECRET RIHANNA contest is only open to residents of Nassau or Suffolk County, NY.
4. All participants in the BLI/SECRET RIHANNA contest must be at least 18 years old or older or have a parent or guardian accompany them.
5. Difficulties with phone lines, computers and internet providers to enter the contest are not the responsibility of WBLI.
6. This only people who will be eligible for this contest are those who logged onto www.wbli.com and became a BLI Insider and opted to receive the BLI Insider Newsletter.
7. All incomplete sign ups will be automatically disqualified.
8. You must have provided a working email address in order to have received the contest newsletter.
9. Any entries that were received via the internet AFTER 2pm on 5/24/11 will not be qualified for the BLI/SECRET RIHANNA contest.
10. All BLI Insiders who had opted to receive the BLI newsletter will have received a newsletter on Wednesday, May 25th 2011 which contained all the details of the contest.
11. The only way to have entered this contest is to have those contest details which you would have only received if you’ve opted to receive the BLI Insider newsletter.
12. If you were already a BLI Insider and receive the newsletter you would have automatically gotten this special newsletter
13. If you were already a BLI Insider and did not receive the newsletter you MUST have signed into the member center and opted in to receive the BLI Insider newsletter in order to get the info about the contest.
14. You must have provided a working email address in order to get the newsletter.
15. BLI is not responsible for mistyped email addresses, or problems with delivery due to your internet provider.
16. BLI is not responsible if you did not receive this email for any reason including but not limited to computer glitch on either end, incorrect data received or emails that were bounced back for one reason or another.
17. BLI is also not responsible if your email is flagged as SPAM by your email host.
18. The only way to win is to listen to BLI on Friday, May 27th at around 3:25pm.

20. No reference to this contest will be made on the air.
21. Only the people who know to listen for this mention will know what to and when to do it.
22. Decision of the judges is final.
23. Grand Prize provided by BLI is a pair of tickets to see RIHANNA at Nassau Coliseum on July 19th 2011
24. Only one winner will be awarded these tickets.

26. A qualified entry is defined as an entry that is completely filled out with name, address, phone number and date of birth and someone who has opted to receive the BLI Insider newsletter AND provided a working email address to receive the newsletter.
27. BLI is NOT responsible for any computer glitches, malfunctions or problems with internet providers which would prevent you from receiving the contest email.
28. The determinations to whether an entry complies with the rules of any contest is in the sole and absolute discretion of the radio station, and their decision shall be final and non-appealable
29. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and therefore you must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming your prize.
30. Employees, associates, interns, all participating sponsors, other related sponsors of WBLI and our parent company, Cox Enterprises, and their immediate families and any employees from other radio stations shall be ineligible to participate in this contest.  The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
31. Once you have won a contest neither you nor any member of your family or household can win this or another BLI contest for 30 Days.
32. There will be no substitution for prizes unless a prize becomes unavailable at which time; WBLI has the right to substitute a prize.  The value of this prize will be determined by the radio station and is not guaranteed to be of equal value. 
33. Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are non-transferable.  Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of WBLI.  Another winner will not be selected.
34. By participating in the BLI/SECRET RIHANNA contest, winners and contestants grant permission to WBLI to use their name, photograph, voice and or likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional consideration.
35. WBLI reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time.  WBLI also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest dates/times or cancel contest without notice.
36. The decision of the WBLI management in the interpretation of these rules is final.  By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decision of the judges and the official rules.
37. If a winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.
38. WBLI, its representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities or damages to property arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.
39. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves WBLI of any and all liability and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.
40. Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the discretion of the station.
