BLI is teaming up with the Long Island chapter of Newborns in Need to help babies and families in our local communities who are in need of help.

BLI will be collecting new unused baby items which will be donated to Newborns in Need who help needy babies from birth to 12 months; serving hospitals, homeless shelters, agencies and parents in need. 

Items that are needed including the following: 

• Onesies (long sleeved and short sleeved)
• Sleepers
• Stretchies
• Buntings
• One piece fleece snow suits
• Infant socks
• Baby Blankets 

For larger donations there is a big need for the following: 

• Pack and Plays
• Infant Strollers
• Infant Car Seats 

If you would like to donate please drop off items at the WBLI studios during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm or come to any of our Baby’s First Holiday Drives. 

• Thursday, 12/21 from 12pm-10pm join BLI and Newborns in Need at Westfield Sunrise Mall in Massapequa for Baby’s First Holiday Drive!   We’ll be at the Mall (center court) today collecting new, unused baby items which will be donated to Newborns in Need, who help needy babies from birth to twelve months old.  Stop down to lend a hand!
