From Willow to Darren, we predict the new crew that will rule Hollywood this year.

1. Name: Greyson Chance

Where you'll see him: Greyson's upcoming debut album is sure to turn some Beliebers into Chance-takers. The 13-year-old has a great voice and piano-playing chops to match.

Why he'll be hot: Like Justin Bieber, Greyson was discovered on YouTube. Since his rendition of Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" hit the web, he's appeared on Ellen and attended the MTV Movie Awards -- and his album isn't even out yet!

2. Name: Chris Hemsworth

Where you'll see him: Chris has already had a supporting role in the box office smash Star Trek, but this year he'll take center stage in the highly-anticipated Thor opposite Natalie Portman and Anthony Hopkins. Plus, his little bro Liam dated Miley Cyrus, so he's already had a taste of being a tabloid target.

Why he'll be hot: Like so many superhero movies, Thor has franchise written all over it, which means we'll be seeing Chris for years to come. Plus, his good looks will make him a hit with the ladies.

3. Name: Jessie J

Where you'll see her: Jessie can be descirbed as a cross between Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj, and she's already a hit in her native Britain. After writing songs for people like Miley Cyrus and Christina Aguilera, she's ready to step into the spotlight with her own material.

Why she'll be hot: Jessie's video for "Do It Like a Dude" was just released on YouTube last month, and already has over 5 million views. Move over, Gaga!

4. Name: Willow Smith

Where you'll see her: If it's up to Willow, everywhere! "I would like to be a very well-known artist," she recently revealed. "I would like to be as big as Lady Gaga. I would like to be bigger. I'd like to be a big rock star."

Why she'll be hot: Something tells us "Whip My Hair" is only the beginning of what Willow has in store for us. When her first album drops this year, she'll battle greats like Rihanna and Gaga for the pop diva crown -- and she just may win.

5. Name: Garrett Hedlund

Where you'll see him: Garrett stars opposite Gwyneth Paltrow in Country Strong, opening everywhere January 6. Then, later in the year, he takes top billing in On the Road opposite Twilight's Kristen Stewart.

Why he'll be hot: After the success of 2010's Tron: Legacy, Garrett's proven he's a worthy leading man -- these next two roles will only further catapult his status.

6. Name: Wiz Khalifa

Where you'll see him: Wiz has been in the hip-hop biz for years -- he's been releasing mix tapes and albums since 2006. But, his next album, which will be released in 2011, is getting more hype than ever before.

Why he'll be hot: Wiz already has a very faithful following, and since his latest single "Black and Yellow" really took off at the end of 2010, his fan base is about to explode.

7. Name: Cheryl Cole

Where you'll see her: Cheryl's already had great success in the UK, both with her solo career and her previous work with Girls Aloud. This year, she has her sights set on U.S. domination, and was reportedly offered a $6 million record contract here in the States.

Why she'll be hot: Arists like Ne-Yo, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have all said they'd want to work with Cheryl. If they're behind her, then you know she's got the "It" factor.

8. Name: Darren Criss

Where you'll see him: Audiences fell in love with Darren when he premiered on Glee earlier this season. His rendition of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" was only the beginning -- creator Ryan Murphy says Darren's now a series regular.

Why he'll be hot: No other actor on Glee has received so much attention so quickly. We predict a best-selling solo album in the new year will keep the momentum alive.

9. Name: Jasmine Villegas

Where you'll see her: You may spot 17-year-old Jasmine on Justin Bieber's arm (they're rumored to be dating), but you'll also hear her on the airwaves -- she's signed with a major label and will release an album this year.

Why she'll be hot: Miley's too wild for young audiences and Selena's growing up, so there's definitely a spot open for a young girl who can sing. After touring with Justin, Jasmine's proved she's game to take on the role.

10. Name: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Where you'll see her: Rosie takes over for Megan Fox in the third Transformers flick, out this summer. You can also spot her in the Victoria's Secret catalog -- she's been a model with the company for years.

Why she'll be hot: She'll be hot because she is hot! But, sorry guys, Rosie's dating actor Jason Statham.
