Miley re-opens Twitter account By Al Levine On The Scene
Just last week Miley Cyrus told the press she’s through with Social Media!
She said; “I try to stay out of it. I complain enough about people knowing to much about my private life, so to get out there and exploit myself would be silly and hypocritical” She takes her party outside the U.S.A. kicking off her “Gypsy Heart” tour in Ecuador April, 29th .
That could be the reason she’s suddenly decided to re-open a twitter account!
