More bad times for The Beastie Boys? This just sounds too weird!

The day before Adam “MCA” Yauch died, the group was hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit over samples they used in 2 albums they recorded before 1990!

The other issue here is that the suit being presented by Tuf America records according to reports is basing their suit on laws that went into effect after those albums were recorded!

More to come.
