Oprah ceded her poll position to Lady Gaga, despite earning roughly three times as much.
Gaga moved up to the top spot from No. 4 on the list, which measures celebrity power through a combination of entertainment-related earnings, media visibility and social media popularity.
The teenager, by the way, is none other than JUSTIN BIEBER!!!
