American Idol is bringing its “Idol Across America” virtual auditions to New York on Thursday, August 27, as the search officially gets underway for the next superstar.
The New York audition date will also include hopefuls from Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Instead of having to travel to a massive audition venue, singers can audition virtually via Zoom and perform face-to-face with an American Idol producer. Those who impress producers could have the opportunity to move forward in the audition process.
