79-year-old Robert De Niro just had a baby with his girlfriend Tiffany Chen.

And it sounds like Al Pacino heard about her pregnancy and said, “Hold my Metamucil” . . . because he’s got a girlfriend named Noor Alfallah who’s 8 MONTHS PREGNANT.

And Al is 83.  Noor is 29, by the way.

Al has three adult children, two with “Vacation” actress Beverly D’Angelo and one with an old girlfriend named Jan Tarrant.
