The internet went into full detective mode this weekend after fans thought Bruno Mars might have thrown some shade at Taylor Swift.

It all started when a screenshot began circulating online that appeared to show Bruno liking a social media post calling Taylor “talentless.” As you can imagine, Swifties noticed immediately and the moment quickly started making the rounds online.

But before things spiraled too far, Bruno stepped in to clear the air.

According to the singer, there’s no bad blood at all. Bruno said Taylor has always been supportive and kind to him, and made it clear there’s “only love” between them.

Fans had mixed reactions after the explanation. Some think the interaction could have been an accidental like, while others believe the screenshot that started the drama may have been taken out of context.

Either way, the moment is another reminder of how quickly something small can turn into full-blown pop culture drama on the internet, especially when Swifties are involved.

For now, it sounds like everything between Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift is completely fine.
