As Buffalo Bills’ safety Damar Hamlin currently lays intubated in a Cincinnati hospital after his cardiac arrest on the field Monday night, his jersey sales are skyrocketing & as of Tuesday afternoon, he had the 2nd highest selling jersey in the league.
And we learned of Damar’s toy drive foundation to help benefit kids in his local community, a charity he started in 2020 that had a financial goal of $2,500. Well, in just over 24 hours, that charity has had donations exceeding $4M.
Even cooler? Sports merch company fanatics has announced that every single dollar from his jersey sales will be donated to his toy drive foundation, the Chasing M’s foundation. As an avid sports fan, I can tell you that is unheard of.
