Denny’s, Denny’s, Denny’s.....what have we done to deserve you?
Anybody interested in a panookie? Yeah, that’s right....a panookie! A cookie pancake combo topped with ice cream.
It’s now on the menu at Denny’s, but only available for a limited time at participating locations. (there’s one on DPA in North Babylon)
The cookie is chocolate chip and there are two varieties: “The Signature,” which has salted caramel, and the “Pecan Panookie,” which has pecan pie sauce and glazed pecans instead of caramel. And just in case you forgot, it’s topped with vanilla ice cream.
