Not sure what to do with your dried up Christmas tree? Bring it to the Town of Hempstead’s Mulchfest 2023. Exchange your tree for a bag of mulch, and your tree will be donated to local Long Island farms, as a treat and source of vitamin C for plenty of goats!
The Mulchfest trade in happens January 7-8th in Baldwin Park from 10 AM to 2 PM. Can’t make it this weekend? Donate your tree NOW at Baldwin Park’s drop-off area from Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
