Looks like lots of rain is in the forecast for Long Island this Memorial Day weekend. Quite the dampener after the Jones Beach Bethpage airshow had to be canceled last year due to Covid! This whole weekend is at risk for cancellations of the famed Jones Beach airshow.
However, for those who reserved tickets, there is a way that Jones Beach wants to make up for any cancellations! If you reserved tickets, you can redeem 2 free parking passes to use at state parks this summer. To redeem this, all you have to do is present the QR code sent with your Jones Beach ticket to the airshow. Show that to any State Park parking attendant to get your way in free! Not the ideal way to spend Memorial Day weekend, but certainly a cool way to make up for mother nature’s shortcomings! More info here.
