Billy Joel is MOVIN’ OUT. After 20 years of living in the village of Centre Island, Billy Joel’s 26-acre estate has hit the market for $49 million.

So where is he going? Rumor is Florida....like everybody else these days. Do they even have bagels down there?!

So here’s my question - if Billy Joel leaves Long Island, who is gonna replace him? Like, who is our new Billy Joel? How are we going to function? We pride ourselves on a lot here, but Billy was the KING of it all. Do we just give up? Should we all just move to Florida? I don’t wanna do that. It’s hot there & they have alligators.
