This. Sounds. SWEET! Hasbro’s iconic ‘Candy Land’ board game is becoming a baking show hosted by Broadway star, Kristin Chenoweth! Even though kitchens make her “nervous” she was so excited about this idea when Food Network brought it to her! “When Food Network called, I thought somebody was pranking me," she said.
The board game inspired baking competition is coming to Food Network, November 15. Five teams of professional bakers will be competing in over six episodes of “Candy Land” inspired challenges, like using specific candies from the game. Can’t wait to see all the gumdrop and lollipop creations!
