Long Island is Getting It’s First Ever ‘Music Con’

Long Island… we’ve got our first ever Music Con! Music Con is officially coming to Long Island and it’s bringing a totally different kind of music experience with it.

Instead of a traditional concert, this is more of a full-on pop culture and music mashup. The idea actually started from the owner of Emerald City, who wanted to combine a nostalgia style marketplace with live music. And just like that, Music Con was born.

We’re talking more than 40 music and pop culture related booths spread throughout the venue, giving you the chance to shop, explore, and hang all day. Add in live performances and that interactive feel, and it’s definitely not your typical event.

As of now, no major artist lineup has been announced, so this feels more like a discovery meets experience vibe rather than a headline driven concert.

But for Long Island, this is a moment. Something new, something different, and something that actually brings the music community together in one space.

If you’re into music, pop culture, or just want something fun and different to do… this might be worth checking out! More details to come as they emerge.
