Long Island Pride celebration kicks off this weekend in Farmingdale

Pride will be on full display this weekend as Long Island gears up to celebrate in the village of Farmingdale! The 2022 Long Island Pride Celebration will take place on Sunday, June 12th from 12pm to 6pm on Main Street.

Thousands are expected to take part in the 32nd annual event that will be filled with music, drinks, and dancing including a headlining performance by 106.1 BLI’s own Nick Tangorra. There will also be performances by TKA, Ulta Naté, Coro and many more on the pride festival stage throughout the day.

The Pride Parade will also be returning this year for the first time since 2019. All are welcome to attend and march.

Pride is completely FREE to attend!

Many restaurants, bars, and stores in the village will be participating in the celebratory event. Additionally, main street will be completely shut down due to traffic to allow for a “Nashville” or “Vegas” feel to safely enjoy the day!

Long Island Pride is produced by the LGBT Network. The LGBT Network is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is a home and voice for LGBT people, their families, and support systems on Long Island and in Queens.
