Participating in “dry January” this year or looking to cut down your alcohol intake this year? Let me introduce you to a mocktail!

They’re fun, great for social gatherings, and don’t give you a hangover! Here’s my list of the top 5 mocktails to order out!

1. Shirley Temple

Tried and true, a shirley temple is classic! Made with grenadine, sprite, topped with a maraschino cherry. It’s sweet, fizzy, and fun!

2. Non-alcohol mojito, “Nojito”

If you love a refreshing minty mojito, but want to cut out the alcohol, ask a bartender about making a “no-jito,” non-alcoholic mojito. It’s got all the flavors you love, minus the booze! My personal favorite: Strawberry nojito.

3. Arnold Palmer

An “Arnold Palmer” has two simple ingredients: lemonade and iced tea. It’s tasty and simple to order.

4. Mocktail Mule

Craving a Moscow Mule? A “mocktail mule” has very similar ingredients, substituting vodka for club soda! It’s so refreshing and tasty!

5. Non-alcohol “vodka” cranberry

Some bars may carry zero proof alcohol substitute, but if yours doesn’t…try to order a cranberry juice with club soda and lime. It’s very similar in taste!

So if you’re going out to happy hour with co-workers or looking for a new spin on drinks you love, definitely try one of these mocktails.

Let me know which one you’re looking to try in the comments!
