Minute Of Positivity: Daughter Reacts To Her Mom’s “Temper Tantrum” On TikTok & More!

Happy Friday, Long Island! I hope you are all staying hydrated. Especially since we are all wearing masks it’s easy to forget to drink up.

If you have to wear a mask all day, there are a few things you can do to prevent mask related acne . . .

1.  Wash your face more.  The main goal is to make sure oil and dirt don't build up.  So washing your face is a big one.

2.  Wear less makeup.  Instead of foundation, try tinted moisturizers that aren’t as heavy and won’t clog your pores.  Or just wear no makeup on the lower half of your face.  No one can see it anyway, so what’s the point?

3.  Wash your mask more often.  Or use the disposable kind.  You’re supposed to wash reusable masks every time you use them anyway.  So having at least three or four clean ones that you can rotate in helps.(Hawaii News Now)

I hope this was helpful, but remember that acne is normal and everyone gets acne!

I was scrolling through TikTok the other day and nearly teared up from this video. Like I said on BLI, the audio alone does not do the whole video justice.

A++ on this mom’s parenting! I nearly lost my marbles when her 2 year old daughter diffused the situation and told her mom she was doing a good job!

As Marie Kondo would say, I hope this “sparks joy” because it sure did for me!
