Officer Tells Little Girl That He Is There To Protect Her At Protest

This happened last week at a protest in Houston. A police officer saw a little girl crying so he came over to comfort her. She asked if he was there to shoot her, so he got down on one knee and put his arm around her.

Then he said, quote, "We're here to protect you. We're not here to hurt you at all. You can protest. You can party. You can do whatever you want. Just don't break nothing."
