Ryan Reynolds is a Pokemon in New Detective Pikachu Movie

Pika Pika! Pokemon has been a worldwide phenomenon for the past two decades entertaining fans with card games, tv shows, animated movies, and video games. But for the first time, this franchise is set to hit the big screen in live action format with Detective Pikachu.

Ryan Reynolds stars as the electrifying Pokemon, who teams up with Tim Goodman (Justice Smith) to find Tim’s father after he goes missing. The first trailer for this movie was released November 12.

Detective Pikachu includes all your favorite Pokemon including Bulbasaur, Dodrio, Jigglypuff, Greninja, Charizard, and of course, Pikachu. Catch them all in 2019!
