RENT is coming back to Broadway to celebrate 30 years since the show first opened at the Nederlander Theatre in NYC. It will be performed in concert style, with the original RENT band scheduled to return, with RENT’s original musical director, Tim Weil, on the keys.
RENT is the show that gave many their start, most notably, Idina Menzel!
The actual date of the show and theatre is TBA, but I know it’ll be a can’t miss performance for the biggest Broadway fans.
