American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life

106.1 WBLI wants to invite you to annual events of importance, strength, and inspiration that are happening across Long Island!

The Relay For Life movement is dedicated to helping communities attack cancer. Through funds donated, time given, or awareness raised, our communities are teaming up - virtually or in person - to make a difference. When we rally together in the fight against cancer, we can accomplish anything.

Relay For Life is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society where you can celebrate cancer survivors and remember those no longer here. The American Cancer Society is the only organization that integrates advocacy, research, and patient support to measurably improve the lives of cancer patients and their families. You will become an advocate to share the work of the American Cancer Society to personally impact the fight against cancer.

Below are a few Relay For Life events that are happening across Long Island. We proudly invite you, your family, and your friends to attend and spread the love for those battling cancer, those who lost their fight, those who are survivors.

Hofstra Relay For Life: Saturday, May 6th from 5pm - 9pm

Plainview Old Bethpage Relay For Life: Saturday, June 3rd starting at 2pm

Smithtown Relay For Life: Saturday, June 3rd from 5pm - 9pm

Northport Relay For Life: Saturday, June 10th from 5pm - 9pm
