The websites for multiple companies, including major airlines such as Southwest, Delta, American and United, appeared to go down or experience problems shortly after midnight Thursday. Meanwhile, websites for E-Trade, ADP, Navy Federal Credit Union, Discover and Vanguard also were having issues, DownDetector reported.
Several of the affected websites appeared to be working again within an hour, according to Bloomberg.
